Solution 1: Raise Income Taxes!

Scenario 2: NB needs to attact business

Solution 2: Raise Business Taxes!

Scenario 3: Government needs to raise funds to pay for "essential" services

Solution 3: Add to the debt so more public money is consumed by debt interest!
