This is probably a good move.
In fact, I can't recall a day that Ontarians weren't complaining about the headaches caused by too much democracy.
"Ah man, do I really have to vote again??? But I just finished voting, THREE YEARS AGO".

I think they should stick to three years. I like the swift justice voters can bring down when a council goes astray.
The only...only way they should have ever considered moving to 4 years is if they brought in recall, and was approved in a referendum.
And that that is a big "IF".
