An excellent report. I'd also like to see the government reduce the excise tax on ethanol blended gasoline/biodiesel to encourage renewable fuels, any thoughts on this?
Don't forget about propane. 6.5 cents/L here in Alberta. Imagine a government meeting its Kyoto requirements by reducing taxes...what a concept.
