The report basically raises the "alarm" that changes to the Access to Information Act have been excluded from the Accountability Act.
The relevant sections the Information Commissioner is concerned about are to be sent to a Parliamentary committee for further study and revision.
"Parliamentary committee for further study and revision."
Also called the blackhole/graveyard.
I hope I'm wrong. Why not just include it like they said they would do?
