This is not the first time Alcock has shown himself to be misinformed. It's really interesting.
If there's no surplus its, because the Lie-beral's stole it.
If there actually IS any surplus in the EI fund, they have another couple of weeks to get rid of it! (What the hell- why not bankrupt the country on the way out!)
