I've posted on Saskatchewan's raise a flag campaign before, but Kate at SDA and her readers have discovered the taxpayer funded web poll is rigged.
A couple of hours of experimental voting and the results are in - the Saskatchewan government is offering up a rigged website poll to support their "Raise A Flag" advertising campaign for a Saskatchewan Energy Accord. It turns out the poll is stuck at 90-10 in favour of Saskatchewan getting handouts from Alberta and Ontario. And now, the poll has been completely removed.

Where was the taxpayers federation when the tories were in power?
Yes. Brian Mulroney, Grant Devine and Don Getty were the impetus.
Typical socialist propaganda! But don't worry, they know what's best for everyone, the truth and morals should not get in the way!
I would support an accord that allows for Execution of the Politicians responsible for Saskatchewan's economic situation. This of course means the NDP, SaskParty and Liberal Party in Saskatchewan. Do not be fooled, all of these Parties advocate identical abuse of Saskatchewan's people and its economy. I am often disturbed by the Taxpayer Federation's focus on small issues when the real problem dates back to Laurier and has been supported by all three parties of Saskatchewan.
One thing about the NDP in Saskatchewan they're releativly scandal free...........that is no one from the government is facing criminal charges. Even that civil servant charged with fraud is a hangover from the PC's.They hired her even tho she had a criminal record down east. I will vote for anyone that would kill free trade with the USA and restore a fully funded medicare.
Wow Archie, I am speechless.
NDP are scandal free? Ever hear of Spudco?
You have astonishingly low standards of politicians.
Not one NDP member benefitted from Spudco..........No one I've heard personally got money from spudco except for some farmers who originally thought they were going to get rich. I know one. But now there is a potato industry in Sask. So how big was the scandal? The big players were farmers and they got reimbersed.
Nobody is accusing NDP members of personally benefitting from the lies that were told. But there was political benefit, to be sure.
And keep on thinking nobody got hurt from Spudco (except for taxpayers) if that makes you feel better about it.
As for executing politicians, the opinions expressed in comments on this web site are not the opinions of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, unless indicated otherwise.
PS.I didn't say no scandal but not much scandal. Are old enough to remember the 10 lost years under the Tories..........The only people who made any money were the farmers.......they were on the government payroll for 10 years. I went without a decent raise for 10 years.I have high standards ,higher than yours and you are dreamer if you think the PC's bring prosperity. They are a repressive depression era party. Histtory has shown that.Mulrooney,Bennet,Deifenbaker will not be remembered at good Prime Ministers are not. Who pays to keep you? Do you have a job? Are you employed and don't tell me you're a consultant........that's just another way saying you don't hold a decent job.
Well Archie, I am the author of this blog and I work for the Canadian Taxpayers Federation which I consider to be legitimate employment.
I never said anything about PCs bringing prosperity. We think good economic policies bring prosperity. Any number of political parties can implement good policy.
If the NDP implement the business tax review committee's recommendations (all of them) they will be implementing sound economic policies.
