I wonder if those two profs who want us all to suffer live in large and very expensive annex homes, thus saving themselves any commute?
It seems to me those calling for higher gas taxes, more public transit, etc. are those who can afford to live in the most expensive downtown locations so they never have to use the public transit they advocate.
Those who don't have the $700,000+ for an Annex starter home are SOL.
