Revenue Canada has foregone billions of dollars in unpaid taxes.
It seems as though this large bureaucracy has some inefficiencies - who knew!

And this is a bad thing, Why??..the SOBs would only waste it on a study to find better ways of collecting more!!
How do you get on this list. I suppose if you were a Liberal you could call this some sort of Tax Reform ! It would be interesting to find out who had there taxes written off.
