Breaking: SK Premier Calvert is on a plane to Ottawa to talk about an energy accord for Saskatchewan, similar to the one struck by the Atlantic provinces. This comes on the same day an obnoxious revenue scheme with Ontario was announced. Saskatchewan is Canada's second-biggest oil producer...if Saskatchewan can get a deal, what about Alberta?
